Mark III Recognized as NVIDIA Partner Network Americas Healthcare Partner of the Year

Houston, TX (April 4, 2023) – Mark III today announced that it has been selected as the 2023 Americas NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Healthcare Partner of the Year. Mark III is an Elite partner in the NPN program and previously was selected as the NPN Americas Rising Star Partner of the Year in 2022.

The 2023 Americas NVIDIA Healthcare Partner of the Year award was unveiled in recognition of Mark III’s unique engagement model and growth in jointly partnering with academic medical centers, healthcare systems, research institutions, life science organizations and biopharma companies in building out and co-piloting their AI/ML, modern HPC, and simulation Centers of Excellence (CoEs).

Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Houston in the shadows of Texas Medical Center, the medical center with the highest density of clinical facilities for patient care, science and research in the world, Mark III has built a strong core competency in healthcare and life sciences over the last three decades, which it now utilizes to support dozens of healthcare organizations and research institutions across North America.

Building on this foundation, Mark III leans on a unique innovation unit and cross functional team of data scientists, devs, 3D artists, DevOps/MLOps Engineers, and systems architects, all working together with NVIDIA and ecosystem partners to help guide and support the journey of these organizations and institutions to the AI, modern HPC, and simulation Center of Excellence.

“We’re honored to be recognized by NVIDIA with the Americas Healthcare Partner of the Year Award and excited about the opportunities ahead for so many of our healthcare and life sciences clients to leverage AI, modern HPC, simulation, digital twins, visualization, and accelerated computing,” said Stan Wysocki, President, Mark III Systems. “Healthcare is such a special domain where AI will make an unprecedented impact over the next few years and we’re looking forward to playing our role in empowering and supporting organizations that will make these society changing discoveries.”

“Whether aiding in the diagnosis and treatment of complex medical conditions or improving patient outcomes, AI is providing new opportunities to healthcare and life sciences,” said Mark Heuser, Global Partner Ecosystem Lead for Healthcare and Life Sciences at NVIDIA. “Mark III’s dedication to bringing NVIDIA AI solutions to healthcare and life sciences organizations is enabling healthcare professionals to deliver better care and research that promises new treatments.”

To add on to long-time core competencies in the datacenter and with accelerated computing infrastructure, Mark III has worked with healthcare and life sciences organizations around a number of unique programs over the last few years, all designed to accelerate research and grow the effective use of data science and 3D simulation at scale with a large user audience.
