    In 1995 Leslie Powell saw the early trend in Information Technology to move sales into the channel.  As a long-time sales representative in the healthcare industry, Leslie took the opportunity to start Mark III Systems, which focused on IBM infrastructure.  With her sales background, Leslie understood the value of having strong resources to support our customers.  That is why today Mark III has a ratio of close to 3:1 engineers to sales reps.  This formula has led her from humble beginnings to a $60M+ company with staff in Houston and Austin.

    Leslie is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.  She is a widow with two wonderful sons.  An avid reader, Leslie is the best customer of the Friendswood Public Library.  She enjoys traveling, and her favorite hobby is hunting for sea glass on quiet beaches.

  • Ann Wilkerson

    Ann Wilkerson

    Vice President - Finance

    Ann M. Wilkerson, CPA, is the Vice President – Finance for MARK III Systems, Inc.

    Teaming with President Leslie Powell in garnering the designation of MARK III Systems, Inc., as an IBM Premier Business Partner in the 1990s, Vice President Wilkerson serves the corporation as a member of the Board of Directors and a shareholder in this certified women-owned enterprise.

    Ann graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and received her Certified Public Accountant license shortly thereafter. Having now been licensed and running an independent practice as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas for over 30 years, Ann has a broad range of clients in the Houston area.

    Ann has lived in the Houston area for over 30 years and is married with three sons, three daughter–in-law’s and 2 beautiful grandchildren. She grew up on Lake Erie and spends her summers there enjoying the cooler weather.

  • Stan Wysocki

    Stan Wysocki

    Vice President - Sales

    Stan Wysocki, Vice President of Mark III Systems, has been with the company for 17 years. As the first employee hired, Stan has served in both sales and technical roles, and for the last 6 years has managed the sales and technical staff. Under Stan’s leadership, Mark III has grown into a $50M company with staff in Houston and Austin.

    Mark III Systems was founded as an IBM Business Partner, and is still true-blue thanks in part to Stan’s belief that with a narrow focus they can be great at what they sell, rather than being only good at lot of products. Prior to Mark III Systems Stan worked primarily in software, most recently at Sysco Corporation.

    Since graduating from Texas A&M University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing, Stan has made Houston his home. He married a Houston native, Diane, and has a 15 year old son, Thomas.

  • Stephen Rodriguez

    Stephen Rodriguez

    Vice President - Technical Resources

    Stephen Rodriguez joined Mark III Systems in 1998 and currently serves in the role of VP of Technical Resources. Previous to his current senior leadership role, Stephen worked as a Senior Systems Engineer for over a decade at Mark III and brought the experience required of IBM Business Partners to have Certified Engineers on staff when he joined in 1998. Stephen’s IBM Certifications over the years have included PowerHA, Power Systems, Mid-range and High End Storage, plus the comprehensive IBM Certified Infrastructure Systems Architect certification. 

    Prior to Mark III, Stephen began his career as a Computer Programmer with the IRS in Washington, D.C. in 1986. He accepted a transfer to Houston in 1994 where he continued his work with the agency an additional two years. Stephen accepted a position as a Systems Administrator with Randall's Food Market in 1996 where he spent two years expanding his skill set to include AIX. 

    Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Stephen graduated from San Antonio College with an Associate degree in Applied Science - Computer Science. Stephen and his wife, Rose, have four children and reside in West Houston.

  • Andy Lin

    Andy Lin

    Vice President - Strategy

    Andy Lin joined Mark III Systems in 2009 and has served in various roles as a Sales Executive, Solutions Architect, Marketing Strategist, and Vice President in Mark III’s Austin office. Andy is currently responsible for helping to drive strategy and execution for key initiatives company-wide, in addition to all aspects of Mark III's operations in the Austin/San Antonio area. Prior to Mark III, Andy was a Field Technical Sales Specialist for IBM’s System Storage brand in Dallas and Austin supporting large enterprise clients primarily in the southwest US, including all across the state of Texas.

    Andy is a published IBM Redbooks Author and was selected by IBM in 2012 as an IBM Champion for Power Systems. He holds a Master in Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned the Dean's Award for Academic Excellence, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.

    Account Executive

    Leslie Hattig, Sales Executive with Mark III Systems, has been with the company for 13 years. She started her career at GE Capital IT as the IBM Champion for Texas calling on Healthcare and Public Sector. She then moved to IBM’s largest US distributor at the time, Keylink Systems, before coming to Mark III, where she covered all of the IBM Business Partners in the Texas and Louisiana region. There she built a strong relationship with Mark III as they were her largest customer. Leslie now covers clients in all industries, with a special expertise and focus in the healthcare sector. She loves what she does and has been calling on some of the same customers for over 10 years.

    Leslie has a degree in Journalism and English Literature, and is a native Houstonian.

    Leslie and her husband Greg have 3 children and love to play golf on their days off. Leslie is also an avid animal lover!

  • Noelle Kuehn

    Noelle Kuehn

    Account Executive

    Noelle Kuehn joined Mark III Systems in 2001 as an Account Executive.  During her time with the company, she has strived to create a connection with customers that is valued on both sides, and that has resulted in many relationships that extend over a decade.  In leading with IBM solutions to her customer base, she has had the opportunity to work on many high-profile projects, one of which earned Mark III Systems the 2013 Beacon Award for Outstanding Smarter Storage Solution.  Prior to Mark III, Noelle worked in Sales and Marketing for a large seismic processing company in Houston.

    Noelle and her husband, Michael, spend most of their free time enjoying the hectic lives of their daughters, Cameron and Kate.   

  • Edgar Romero

    Account Executive

    Edgar Romero has been with Mark III Systems since 2004.  Focusing primarily on public sector and healthcare accounts in Texas, Edgar also manages Mark III’s Texas Department of Information Resources contract (DIR-SDD-2106).

    Edgar holds a Master in Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon completing the MBA in 1996, Edgar was hired by IBM in Houston where he has lived ever since.

    Edgar enjoys reading, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, endurance events, and has completed eight marathons and two Ironman races.  

  • Lisa Stone

    Account Executive

    Lisa Stone is the newest member of the sales team at Mark III Systems.  She joined the company in 2012 after spending several years at Marimon Business Systems where she focused on new customer acquisition.  While learning the IBM product lines, she has been a valuable resource in supporting our largest customers.

    Lisa graduated from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing.  Originally from Houston, Lisa lived in Omaha, Nebraska, before attending SNU.  After graduation, she was happy to begin her career back home in Houston.  An interesting fact about Lisa is that she has persistent hiccups, which everyone thinks is really cute.

    Chris Bogan joined Mark III Systems in 2014 after 10 years with IBM. Chris is currently responsible for all aspects of Mark III’s operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as well as customer satisfaction and Mark III business development.

    Prior to Mark III, Chris served in a number of sales, management and leadership positions with IBM including Converged Systems, Analytics, Healthcare, and Virtualization roles supporting Enterprise and Select Industry accounts. Chris is excited for the opportunity to expand relationships with healthcare organizations in the Dallas area. "Mark III’s healthcare success and 3 to 1 engineer to sales ratio will be a huge asset to Dallas Healthcare organizations"

    Chris is an IBM Leadership Award winner and was ranked as a “Top 10%” leader in customer and employee satisfaction. Born and raised in Texas, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Following graduation Chris began his career with IBM in San Francisco, where he met his wife Sara.
