Mark III Systems Opens Dallas/Fort Worth Office

Dallas, TX – Mark III Systems, a Texas-based IT services company, today announced the formal opening of a Dallas-based sales, services, and support office.
The Dallas office, located at 9330 LBJ Freeway, will allow Mark III Systems to better support its existing DFW-based customers that have datacenter operations in the Metroplex.
“Our clients have asked us to provide local sales and technical support in Dallas,” says Stan Wysocki, Vice President of Mark III Systems. “By placing sales and engineering staff closer to our customers we will be able to enhance the overall experience and hopefully earn even higher levels of customer satisfaction.”
Wysocki is also excited about the opportunity to establish relationships with new clients. “It is our intention to replicate our client delivery model that has been very successful in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Our plan is to have a 3-1 engineer to sales ratio, with the goal of having Mark III viewed in each city as the solution provider with the strongest technical staff to ensure that our clients succeed at all phases of a solution’s lifecycle.”

Mark III has shown steady growth, with record revenue each of the past 8 years. Expanding its focus on Dallas will contribute to continued investment in the deep skills needed to help its diverse set of clients succeed in their long-term objectives.
The Dallas/Fort Worth geography will be led by Chris Bogan, who joined Mark III recently after 10 years with IBM in various sales, management, and leadership positions, including Converged Systems, Analytics, Healthcare, and Virtualization roles supporting Enterprise and Select Industry accounts. Bogan will be responsible for all aspects of Mark III’s operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as well as customer satisfaction and Mark III business development.
Bogan is particularly excited for the opportunity to expand relationships with healthcare organizations in the Dallas area, as he views Mark III’s long-time expertise and skill supporting Texas healthcare clients as a huge possible asset to Metroplex healthcare institutions.
Bogan is an IBM Leadership Award winner and was ranked a “Top 10%” leader in customer and employee satisfaction. Born and raised in Texas, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Following graduation Chris began his career with IBM in San Francisco, where he met his wife Sara.
